If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of damaged items or packaging may be requested to help us review and resolve the situation quickly.
In cases where an order is confirmed to have arrived damaged or incorrect, Underground Apothecary may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
